About Me
I help companies hire the right talent across borders — focusing not just on skills, but on long-term fit and cultural alignment.Based in Turkey, I’m Bilge, specializing in cross-border hiring across Asia and global markets.I partner with companies to identify and hire the right talent, ensuring a strong match both professionally and culturally.With international experience, including six months in China, I bring a strong understanding of working across cultures.Clear communication, cultural awareness, and efficiency are at the core of how I work.In my free time, I enjoy chess, crosswords, reading, and films that challenge my perspective — always drawn to ideas that make me think differently.
How My Career Started
While studying French Language Teaching at Cukurova University, I explored internships and volunteer opportunities beyond my field to better understand my long-term direction.In 2022, I entered recruitment through a business development internship at an HR firm in Hong Kong, where I gained exposure to end-to-end recruitment and global hiring processes.Starting my career on a different continent strengthened my adaptability, cultural awareness, and global perspective.
